Our client decided to down size from a larger two family condo to a smaller full service concierge building. This was a chance for her to make a statement with the large glass windows throughout. The focal point of the new space was the living room. It offered a sweeping view with plenty of light. We suggested a large panel track system with one of Kova Textiles versatile sun screen shade fabrics. This treatment makes a statement without distracting from the comfortable living area and brings a bit of sparkle and warmth when it reflects the light back into the room in the evening.
